In order to enter a property, please make sure your account has been activated. Once your account has been confirmed, please log in and go to “Enter Property” at the top right corner of the page.
Entering a property for sale comes with no additional fees. All you need to do is sign up, choose a program, and activate your account by verifying your email and phone number.

Our transaction platform allows for all parties involved in the deal to work together by uploading and signing all documents directly on the Platform. Depending on the details, the sale template can be adjusted, so it’s up to you to decide how many parties you’d like to have involved.
No, a transaction can be completed on InfiTC without the need for the buyer and seller to create accounts. They can still participate and sign documents on the platform, as long as you request their signatures, during the document configuration step.

Infi tokens are the fuel for InfiTC’s transaction platform and are used to make sure that all documents are recorded on the blockchain. As a user, you can use them to exchange value within the platform.

All bonus Infi tokens can only be withdrawn after completing the first real estate transaction with InfiTC.
You need to go to the My Infi Balance section of your account and deposit the tokens in the account that you see after pressing the “Fund your account” button.
Infi is a ERC-20 token that can be stored either on InfiTC’s website, MyEtherWallet (the official Ethereum wallet) or any other wallet application that supports ERC-20 tokens. Information about our smart contract can be found on Etherscan
